DEPUTY MINISTER OF FINANCE, STEVEN SIM SPEAKS ON MONEY MATTERS

This Penang native’s background is perfectly aligned with his current position, seeing as how he had been honored with the title of Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum based in Geneva, Switzerland in 2012. The former Bukit Martajam High School student is a member of the Penang Institute’s Board of Directors, a public policy think-tank based in Penang as well as an author.
