OPPO Released ‘Always-on Moment’ Videos and Launched ‘Perfect Companion’ Campaign in Various Regions

 

The competition in the smartphone sector has increased. Innovation in customer experience and customer service are equally important as innovation in products and technologies. Customers benefit from a better customer journey and experience as a result, and their perception of the brand remains positive. During June and July of this year, OPPO released three video clips which were sourced from real-life users from different countries and the videos proved to be popular among users. The first video, Together we create , showed the experience of elderly users who have learned how to use smartphones with the help of service advisors, while the next video, A Chance Meeting , tells the story of a repair technician who helps an Uber driver to find and solve GPS problems while still being on standby, sitting in his car. Meanwhile, the third video, Reunion , shows how an OPPO service staff returned the phone to the user who encountered special circumstances. The videos showcased how through ordinary everyday challenges, OPPO connects with their users by solving and trouble-shooting their problems and queries.

Whether it is an out-of-the-ordinary experience or a part of daily life, all the stories have shown OPPO’s service motto of “Care & Reach”, which aims to constantly remove the barrier between customers and OPPO products by empowering its users with simple ‘How-to’ guidance and the convenience brought about by advanced technology.

In addition, OPPO also held its ” Perfect Companion in June” offline activities in Malaysia, Philippines, Pakistan, Egypt, Tunisia, and some other countries and regions, encouraging users to take their older parents to OPPO Service Centers and clear up their confusion on the daily use of cell phones, or fully master a new device function.

 

They could choose to accompany their parents to upgrade the device software and maintain their devices free of charge as well. The month-long event aimed at inspiring users to bring their older parents more care and companionship by improving their user experience of their devices. With this event, plenty of older moms and dads were able to solve various smartphone usage problems and discover many convenient and interesting phone features, with the help of OPPO’s service staff.

This initiative has demonstrated OPPO’s commitment to providing thoughtful services and delivering a hassle-free user experience, while empowering the older generation to take charge of their devices, as they too can be tech-savvy. Through these initiatives, OPPO is committed towards ensuring that customers get the most out of their OPPO Products.
