  • MALAYSIA’S NATIONAL ENERGY AWARDS 2024 OPENS FOR ENTRIES

    The Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment, and Climate Change today announced the call for submissions for the National Energy Award (NEA) 2024, the country’s highest accolade for organisations and projects that have implemented game-changing sustainable energy initiatives and practises, in support of the nation’s just energy transition and sustainable development aspirations.

    Offering a total of 18 awards across 3 categories of energy management, energy-efficient buildings and renewable energy, NEA 2024, is open to eligible Malaysian companies, organisations, and individuals, that are paving the way in adopting sustainable energy practices, achieving new benchmarks in energy efficiency, energy management, and innovative renewable energy solutions.

    A dedicated category has also been created to recognise the efforts of energy performance contracting projects, institutions of higher learning as well as domestic, international, and financial institutions for the provision of sustainable energy financing solutions.

    NEA 2024 provides an important avenue for organisations to support the Government’s strategic efforts to further increase public awareness and industry participation in sustainable energy initiatives. It also serves to identify Malaysian champions to compete against regional peers at the prestigious annual ASEAN Energy Awards (AEA), to be held in the last quarter of 2024.

    The past six years have seen NEA continue to attract increasing participation with over 849 organisations submitting entries. Winners of NEA qualify to represent Malaysia at the ASEAN Energy Awards, the region’s highest recognition for the adoption of sustainable practices, with 12 Malaysian organisations winning this year at the recently concluded ceremony in Bali.

    The call for submissions for NEA 2024 will be opened until 23 February 2024 and submissions must be received before the deadline.

  • MALAYSIAN GREEN TECHNOLOGY AND CLIMATE CHANGE CORPORATION ANNOUNCED A SERIES OF STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS

    A number of strategic partnerships and projects were unveiled by the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) during the International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia (IGEM) 2023, which was held at the MGTC Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

    MGTC signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Universiti Malaya Power Energy Dedicated Advanced Centre to develop and implement the “Training on Solar PV for Beginners” and “Solar PV System Design and Operations” programmes. On the other hand, the MoU with Zull Design Autotronic marks our collaboration on the “Bijak Tani: Green Hydroponic Programme”. With Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah, on the other hand, we’re expanding our partnership to include technology and knowledge sharing, education, training, student career placement, and research activities. These collaborations aim to implement training programs, promote innovation and knowledge dissemination, and adapt to future-proof technology for broader cooperation in education, research, and technology sharing.

    To exemplify our work with communities, Rumah Ibadat Hijau (RIH) programme has joined forces with MyFundAction to explore an alternative funding source for the initiative and to encourage investments in green and community programmes while generating new job opportunities. The programme is also partnering with MARDI to focus on greenery aspects within RIH, particularly the UrbanKit (Aquaponic) project, aimed at providing an additional source of income for asnaf and B40 communities. This collaboration will raise agricultural productivity within local communities and address food security issues. With the collective effort from these partnerships, we aim to have 230,000 green jobs created.

    In the pursuit of promoting the adoption of green products, MGTC has signed a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) with Shopee Malaysia to solidify our partnership following the launch of the “Jom Beli Produk Hijau” campaign to raise awareness of the MyHIJAU Mark Recognition Scheme. The campaign offers vouchers worth RM60,000 on selected green products on Shopee until December 2023. We also signed a MoC with Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad to provide training advisory services and promote Low Carbon Operating System (LCOS) to MIDF’s stakeholders and customers, exemplifying our sustainability commitment. The document exchanged was witnessed by the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change, YB Dato’ Sri Huang Tiong Sii.

    Group Chief Executive Officer of MGTC, Ts Shamsul Bahar Mohd Nor, proudly shared, “We are thrilled to announce the culmination of these strategic partnerships. They underpin our commitment to magnify our work continuously. These coalitions reflect the strength of our shared values and goals with our esteemed partners.

    He added, “We are partnering with Politeknik Port Dickson to enhance the Diploma in Energy Efficiency and Green Energy syllabus. This collaboration includes competency development for lecturers and students in energy efficiency and green energy. This partnership will foster innovation, drive growth, and create new green job opportunities.”

  • Driving Sustainability: MGTC’s Pioneering Partnerships at IGEM2023

    KUALA LUMPUR, 6 OCTOBER 2023 –  On the third day of the International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia 2023 (IGEM 2023), the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) unveiled a new set of pioneering partnerships and initiatives with the goal of promoting environmental responsibility and climate action in Malaysia.

    In partnership with the UK Government, MGTC is proud to introduce the Malaysia Climate Action Simulator (MCAS). MCAS is a simulation tool to enable stakeholders to visualise low-carbon future scenarios through 2050. This cutting-edge tool will facilitate the exploration of pathways to mitigate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in various sectors, including energy, transport, building, industry, land use, and waste. MCAS is a vital communication tool to raise awareness about the impact of technology and policy choices on GHG emissions. In a bid to promote sustainability education, MGTC is also collaborating with universities to develop educational modules centered around MCAS, potentially integrating it into a university syllabus, MCAS is open to further research contributions, fostering informed decision-making for a sustainable future. The MCAS web tool can be accessed at www.mcas.my.

    MGTC is also thrilled to announce a strategic Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) in support of sustainability in Malaysia’s water sector. This partnership will focus on the adoption of the Low Carbon Operating System (LCOS) for measuring carbon emissions. MGTC will provide onboarding support for LCOS, while SPAN, as the regulatory authority, will lead the widespread adoption of this platform.

    Together, they aim to drive environmentally responsible water management practices, aligning with Malaysia’s commitment to a greener future. The collaboration’s total value is RM368,265.20, covering the measurement of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions for SPAN and 12 water operators. This partnership also encompasses the promotion of climate change awareness, LCOS adoption, and the establishment of a standardised system for carbon emissions measurement and reporting in the water industry.

    In addition, an MoC has also been established between MGTC and Greehill Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd, aiming to explore and evaluate potential joint endeavours in the domain of urban green infrastructure and ecosystem services management. This partnership will encompass comprehensive surveys, automated inventory processes, tree risk analysis, quantification, visualisation, reporting, and monitoring of urban green infrastructure, enhancing urban planning and sustainability efforts. These activities are designed to bolster urban planning initiatives, enhance sustainability practices, and ultimately contribute to the development of more environmentally resilient urban environments.

    In a significant stride towards plastic circularity and sustainability, MGTC has forged a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) with the Malaysian Recycling Alliance (MAREA). This collaborative effort seeks to harness MGTC’s position in promoting green growth and MAREA’s specialization in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Together, they aim to establish strategic alliances, facilitate the exchange of technical expertise, implement capacity development programs for EPR, foster eco-design and eco-innovation in plastic packaging, and educate communities about the principles of plastic circularity. This partnership is aligned with Malaysia’s overarching green growth strategies and the objectives outlined in the Malaysia Plastic Sustainability Roadmap (MPSR).

  • Memartabatkan Ilmu Geologi: Wawasan Baru Melalui Penyelidikan Hari Geodiversiti Antarabangsa 2023

    Hari Geodiversiti Antarabangsa adalah satu acara tahunan yang dirayakan pada 6 Oktober setiap tahun untuk meningkatkan kesedaran di kalangan masyarakat tentang kepentingan geodiversiti, iaitu kepelbagaian semulajadi bukan hidupan dalam memastikan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran di planet ini.

    Geodiversiti ialah kepelbagaian unsur alam semula jadi yang terdiri dari sumber geologi iaitu batuan, mineral, fosil, tanah, sedimen, proses geologi semula jadi, landskap dan tanah yang mendasari serta mempengaruhi bentuk dan sifat landskap serta persekitaran kita.

    Semestinya kita amat menghargai kepelbagaian geologi yang tidak ternilai yang dianugerahkan oleh Tuhan kepada Malaysia. Geodiversiti adalah bukti kepada proses yang membentuk mukabumi kita selama berjuta tahun, justeru menghasilkan karya seni geologi yang unik.

    Keindahan Gunung Kinabalu, Sabah yang terbentuk pada 9-8 juta tahun yang lampau dan Formasi Machincang, Langkawi yang berusia 550-490juta tahun adalah antara contoh geodiversiti di Malaysia yang merupakan kebanggaan kita dan telah diiktiraf oleh dunia.

    Kementerian Sumber Asli, Perubahan Iklim dan Alam Sekitar Malaysia (NRECC) amat komited untuk melindungi geodiversiti negara dengan memastikan pengurusan sumber asli yang bertanggungjawab dan melaksanakan pelbagai inisiatif kearah pembangunan sumber asli yang mampan sejajar dengan Sustainable Development Goals, Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu, khususnya yang bertujuan untuk melindungi, memulihara dan mempromosikan penggunaan tanah yang lestari.

  • Eco-Friendly Initiatives: NextGreen Global Takes a Step Towards a Greener Future

    KUALA LUMPUR, 6 OCTOBER 2023 – At the product launching ceremony during IGEM 2023, NGGB emphasized their commitment to innovation in sustainable solutions. By showcasing their latest products, NGGB demonstrated how they are at the forefront of technological advancements aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the pulp and paper industry. This dedication aligns with global efforts to create a more sustainable future.

    The ceremony showcased NGGB’s new environmentally friendly tissue paper and pulp moulded (food grade) products made from empty fruit bunches (“EFB”). The EFB pulp was produced using the breakthrough Preconditioning Refiner Chemical-Recycle Bleached Mechanized Pulp (PRC-RMBP) technology.

    Earlier, NGGB’s associate company Nextgreen Crowning Package Pulp Molding Sdn. Bhd. had completed the construction of its clean room factory for the manufacturing of the pulp moulded (food grade) products in August 2023. The factory, which is located at NGGB’s Green Technology Park in Pekan, Pahang, commenced its trial production on 16 August 2023.

    NGGB managing director Dato’ Lim Thiam Huat said, “We are delighted to launch our environmentally friendly tissue paper and food grade products today. The effective utilisation of EFB as the material for tissue paper and pulp moulded products aligns with NGGB’s direction to contribute substantially towards a greener global economy by accelerating the national sustainability agenda and the world’s transition to green and sustainable products. Notably, our EFB virgin pulp and paper is certified with SIRIM Eco-Labelling Scheme and MyHijau certification by MGTC. This evidences our pursuit towards creating a sustainable circular economy. We remain committed towards the transformation of oil palm biomass into various downstream products, in line with the aspirations of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Plantation and Commodities, YAB Dato’ Sri Haji Fadillah Bin Haji Yusof.”

Menurut beliau, “Sekian lama tidak menghasilkan lagu, jadi saya amat teruja apabila dipanggil untuk menghasilkan runut bunyi (OST) lagu rasmi bagi drama bagi Bukan Sekadar Lafaz yang bakal disiarkan di TV3.  Lagu ini cukup bermakna kepada saya kerana ia mencerminkan diri saya sendiri dan situasi yang saya sendiri pernah alami. Pemilihan Aiman selaku rakan duet turut menyuntik keunikan tersendiri sementelah melihat hubungan mereka sebenarnya adalah sebagai anak dan bapa tiri.Liriknya juga memberi makna yang sangat mendalam dan berpuas hati dengan hasilnya.   • TO COMMEMORATE TWO DECADES OF THE MALAYNEUM ALBUM AND THE MALAYNEUM 23 CONCERT, BUTTERFINGERS HOPES TO WORK ITS MAGIC ONCE MORE AT STADIUM MALAWATI.

    Butterfingers intends to bring listeners back in time and provoke a sense of musical nostalgia with the Malayneum 23 Concert on October 7th, 2019 at Malawati Stadium in Shah Alam, after the sold-out Transcendence 20 Year Concert on November 2nd, 2019, just before the COVID-19 epidemic.

    Among the main driving forces of the Butterfingers group, LoQue, or Khairil Ridzwan Annuar, stated that “this idea had been lingering in my mind since shortly after the success of the Transcendence 20 Concert but was hindered due to the world being hit by a pandemic for several years. Therefore, the year 2023 is seen as favorable ‘weather’ for us to finally carry it out.”

    LoQue says, “Butterfingers believes that all of our listeners and cult followers will always crave live performances from us. We also believe that the chemical reactions we channel when the four of us clash on stage since post-Transcendence 20 will evoke that sense of nostalgia and create new memories not just for the audience but for us band members too.”

    When asked about the main purpose of holding the Malayneum 23 Concert, it is because, back in 2001, Butterfingers was busy producing album after album since their debut album, 1.2mg, in 1996. In 1999, at the time of the release of their third album, Transcendence, which hadn’t yet matured in the mainstream arena, Butterfingers promptly released their fourth album, Malayneum, in 2001. It features sounds distinct from their previous albums.

    Loque adds that “after years, fans will witness the band’s homecoming at the Malayneum 23 Concert, coinciding with the experimental album’s anniversary.’ ‘Malayneum stands as a pivotal album for Butterfingers, showcasing a noticeable transition from our early works,’ he continues. ‘This release marks our band’s peak,’ he emphasizes. The album cover’s color captures this concept of’senja,’ signifying the dusk of our journey.”

    From a recording company’s point of view, Malayneum is considered a “comercial suicide”. “Because we (Butterfingers) made a complete 180-degree shift in our sound to distance ourselves from the sounds of the Transcendence album before it. Due to the fact that the Malayneum album was perceived as odd and unconventional as compared to our earlier albums, along with several other unavoidable factors, we didn’t have the opportunity to fully celebrate this album at that time. The Malayneum tour was not as glorified as it should have been. Hence, Malayneum 23,” says Loque.

    “Therefore, this album is considered separuh masak or half-cooked as we couldn’t perform the songs from the Malayneum album live in their entirety. So, the Malayneum 23 Concert will witness songs from the Malayneum album, among others, being played from a different perspective in a different era for all those in attendance,” added Loque. for Loque, and they did not have the chance to celebrate this album as a whole, deep into its essence, before the band members decided to pursue their individual paths.

    Emmett remarks, “This comeback for me is pretty neat; it’s going to be the first show that I will be playing the guitars, and I am looking forward to that. It’s nice that the band is playing together a little more as opposed to just putting the band ready and putting my vocals on top of that which we did for Transcendence 20. Now that the band is together again, there’s more of a band spirit”. He adds, on top of conveying that Malayneum 23 is the first album celebration show post-pandemic “I’m stoked.”.

    According to Emmett, Malayneum is one of the most underrated Butterfingers albums, as it was deemed “straying away from their original sound; it is a different flavor that we were experimenting on”.

    LoQue added, “The tracks on the Malayneum album are quite different compared to our other albums. While recording this album, we had enough power chords and all those “grunge” sounds at that time. As we matured playing together as a band, our imaginations went wild, our creative juices kept pumping and flowing endlessly, and our minds were all craving the newly found, fresh sonic palettes.”

    “Because of that, we infused acoustic and electronic elements such as incorporating a string quartet ensemble, a horn section (trumpet and trombone), and also integrated sampled sounds (including the voice of Cikgu, the late Allahyarham Tan Sri P. Ramlee) and synthesizers.”

    Reflecting on Malayneum, Loque shared, “When I think of it now, two decades after its release, I’d say Malayneum stands out as our most unique album. It kind of hovered in between grunge, alternative, and indie rock. It found itself in this interesting space, not fully fitting into either category. We were riding the wave of our popularity while transitioning from the grunge era to something less familiar. Malayneum truly embodies the essence of Butterfingers’ original sound. It’s like an album caught in transit between two eras, not quite having settled into a specific mold. After 20 years, we’re thankful that we embraced the uncharted path that Malayneum represents. It really is in its own league.”

    Kadak interprets that “the songs from the Malayneum album are ‘dark’ or ‘abyss,’ meaning most of the songs play with a single spark of emotion, and their lyrics convey the transitions of feelings they wish to express. On the night of the concert, we will strive to promise something different. For those who want to know what difference we will bring, it is’mandatory’ to purchase tickets before it’s too late.”

    Concluding the conversation with Kadak, he expresses that “this is a good time to celebrate the Malayneum album, as we did not have the chance to place the spotlight on it as much as the other albums. For this to happen, we are able to perform and present the essence of the album to the fans, giving it proper appreciation. Other than that, through Malayneum 20, we are also able to show our deepest thanks to fans who have been here since day one, constantly showing their support since the release of our first album.” He adds that this show will showcase Malayneum as the “well-cooked” and intimate album that it is. Hence, he hopes that the fans will be able to enjoy the show to the fullest, making it a night to remember.

    “Imagine this: after 20 years, the Malayneum 23 concert happens, bringing the one and only Butterfingers vibes live to fans like never before. Imagine a stadium jam-packed with fans, all coming together not just for a regular concert but to relive memories and share the love for music. The energy from the crowd makes the performances extra special, leaving a lasting impact.     “Although this concert is meant to celebrate two decades of the Malayneum album, in order not to disappoint our cult followers, we will also present the kek lapis of songs from the early Butterfingers era, which are the beloved favorites in our repertoire,” said LoQue before the conversation concluded.

    The Malayneum 23-Year Butterfingers Concert is set to be held on October 7 at Malawati Stadium, Shah Alam. The venue is chosen again due to its capacity to accommodate over 8,000 audience members.

    Program itu bertujuan mengangkat dan mengerakkan aktiviti anak seni melalui ikon lakon, muzik, irama dan tari dalam membawa misi dan visi mengenal bintang dan tokoh seni muzik negara.

    Program ini akan memperdalam pengalaman seni melalui sesi dialog ilmiah dengan ikon seni, termasuk seniwati, seniman, biduan, dan biduanita yang terkenal berdasarkan karya-karya mereka dalam filem, teater, dan lagu-lagu kegemilangan sejak tahun 1950-an.   • Konsert Senandung Malam Payung Teduh X Sore

    Hampir 4,000 penonton telah meraikan kejayaan Konsert Senandung Malam – Payung Teduh X Sore yang berlangsung di Mega Star Arena, Kuala Lumpur pada sabtu yang lalu.

    Pelakon yang juga menjadi jurucakap untuk Neptunes Present, Nabila Huda, penuh rasa syukur dan kegembiraan menyambut sambutan luar biasa yang terus mengalir walaupun acara ini kini memasuki edisi ketiga.

    The first fully-fledged Islamic financial institution in Malaysia to receive this prestigious accreditation is Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (Bank Islam or the Bank), which has received the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification from ABAC Center of Excellence Sdn Bhd (ABAC).

    The Mental Health Awareness Campaign, “Besties, Pape Roger,” has been launched by OHBULAN! in partnership with Mental Illness Awareness and Support (MIASA) and TikTok Malaysia as the official online platform partner. This month-long promotion coincides with World Mental Health Day, which is observed annually on October 10th.

    Mental illness has become an increasingly pressing issue in Malaysia, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. According to data, individuals seeking support through the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), an initiative under the National Mental Health Excellence Center, Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), recorded a five-fold increase in 2022 compared to 2020 (Source: Berita Harian, October 10, 2022).

    Furthermore, the National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2015 revealed that one in three Malaysians aged 16 and above faces challenges in mental health. In 2019, the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) reported that 2.3% of adults and 9.5% of children aged 10 to 15 years experienced mental health problems, with MOH predicting that these percentages are expected to continue rising.

    ‘Besties, Pape Roger’ Campaign Provides Information on Mental Illness

    Through a strong partnership with MIASA, the ‘Besties, Pape Roger’ campaign endeavors to offer precise insights into the fundamentals of mental illness, encompassing its various types, associated risk factors, and efficient management strategies. Furthermore, the campaign strives to challenge stigma and debunk stereotypes, fostering a more empathetic atmosphere while championing holistic well-being.

  • Projek Winter Aid 11.0 oleh Syria Care Mula Dilaksanakan

    3 Oktober 2023, Shah Alam – Dalam usaha membawa bantuan kepada mangsa bencana kemanusiaan di utara Syria dan Lubnan, Syria Care dengan sukacita mengumumkan pelancaran Projek Winter Aid 11.0. Projek ini akan berlangsung dari 20 September 2023 hingga 31 Januari 2024.

    Projek Winter Aid sebelum ini dikenali sebagai Bantuan Musim Sejuk, adalah inisiatif tahunan yang dijalankan Syria Care sejak penubuhannya. Ia bertujuan untuk membantu komuniti yang memerlukan bantuan terutama dalam konteks cuaca sejuk yang melanda kawasan tersebut.

    Bantuan kali ini melibatkan dua portfolio utama di bawah gerak kerja Syria Care iaitu Core Relief Items dan Food Security di mana ia merangkumi keperluan asas serta khusus bagi musim sejuk.

    Pengumpulan sumbangan bertujuan membantu para pelarian Syria yang menetap di utara negara tersebut juga yang mencari perlindungan di Lubnan. Buat masa sekarang, terdapat sejumlah 4.6 juta orang di utara Syria, di mana 97% daripada mereka hidup dalam kemiskinan tegar, sementara lebih daripada dua pertiga daripada mereka telah kehilangan tempat tinggal. Di Lubnan pula, ekoran krisis ekonomi yang merudum meletakkan para pelarian berada di situasi yang parah.

    Sudah jatuh, ditimpa tangga. Begitulah gambaran situasi yang dihadapi oleh pelarian Syria.

    Bertahun-tahun mereka hidup derita akibat serangan roket dan berbagai senjata, menjadi gelandangan mencari peluang untuk hidup tak kira di mana, mereka diduga pula dengan gempa bumi berukuran 7.8 mengikut skala Richter.

    Lebih enam bulan selepas gempa bumi kuat yang melanda utara Syria dan selatan Türkiye itu, ramai daripada mereka yang terjejas di Syria seakan dilupakan: proses baik puli serta pembinaan semula hampir tiada. Kejatuhan mata wang Syria serta peningkatan bear kos barang makanan serta kos pembinaan menambahkan kesusahan yang terpaksa mereka lalui apatah lagi peluang pekerjaan sangat terhad.

    Projek Warm Their Winter iaitu salah satu sub projek di bawah Winter Aid yang akan berlangsung dari 14-22 Oktober di Dewan Melati, Shah Alam. Projek ini dilaksanakan bertujuan membuka peluang kepada orang ramai membantu para pelarian secara langsung. Bagi menguruskan serta menjayakan projek ini, dana berjumlah RM150,000 diperlukan. Orang ramai boleh menghantar pakaian musim sejuk baharu dan terpakai serta ‘barangan lain seperti selimut tebal, lampin pakai buang, tuala wanita juga peralatan perubatan pada tarikh dan tempat yang dinyatakan di atas.

    Projek ini menyasarkan dua kontena dengan anggaran berat 68 tan dan dijangka akan tiba pada awal Disember bagi diagihkan kepada mereka yang memerlukan di sana.

    Di samping itu, projek Fuel Aid juga digerakkan bagi memastikan lebih banyak keluarga mendapat kehangatan yang diperlukan untuk melalui musim sejuk yang panjang. Bahan bakar seperti briket zaitun, diesel, kayu api dan arang merupakan keperluan penting sepanjang tempoh ini.

    Projek OderFood yang terkenal dengan tagline ‘Anda pesan, kami hantar’ pula, berjalan seiring bagi memberi peluang kepada orang ramai memesan makanan untuk dihantar kepada para pelarian sepanjang tempoh Winter Aid dilaksanakan.

    Winter Aid tahun in menyasarkan agihan kepada lebih dari lapan kawasan di sekitar Idlib, utara Aleppo dan kawasan utara Lubnan dengan 50,000 penerima manfaat.

    Musim sejuk pada kebiasaannya berlarutan selama empat bulan, maka lebih banyak bantuan diperlukan untuk menampung keperluan yang mendesak pada ketika ini. Sangat diharapkan tahun ini, kita tidak lagi mendengar berita kematian kanak-kanak mahupun orang tua akibat kesejukan melampau.

    Sehubungan itu, Syria Care amat mengharap sumbangan daripada semua pihak bagi memastikan penghantaran bantuan dapat dibuat dengan seberapa segera.
